HOW DOES IT WORK?
In-Person Coaching – Connect at whatever frequency you’d like for help, support, and positive accountability to stay on track with your eating plan, fitness plan, stress management, time management, as well as help with any obstacles that may get in your way.
My Strategy – We informally set and reach many small goals every day without realizing it. If we didn’t, it would be impossible to carry out everyday activities.
Tracking Progress – My coaching won’t believe in just training; I personally monitor your progress and keep changing your workout if things not working, so you can get a maximum result.
