  • Initial Zoom Consultation Call
  • Weekly Check Ins via Zoom to discuss prior weeks progress and/or set backs
  • Weekly workouts and meal plans to be delivered every Sunday
  • 4 Mandatory in person training sessions
  • 2 Mental Health Check Ins Per Month
  • Coach/Client review at the end of program
  • Before & After Photos to be submitted for progress updates
